Why forged results stop here

A code at the bottom of every result

Every result we publish ends with a short code. The next school a child applies to, or an employer, or a parent who got a photocopy — anyone can type that code on your school's page and see the real result. If someone edited the printout, the real one gives them away.

FAQ

What principals usually ask us first

Do I need to buy new computers for this?

No. AREVIA RESULT opens in a browser on whatever you already have — your office laptop, a teacher's phone, even a shared tablet. Parents only need their own phone.

How does a parent actually get in?

At PTA (or along with the fee receipt), you hand each child a one-page slip with their login. The parent types it on their phone, picks their own password, and sees every term you've published for that child.

We already run our exams on CBT. Can those scores come in?

Yes. If it's our CBT, you export the term and import it here in one file — every objective score lands against the right student and subject. If it's another CBT, you can usually export a CSV and we help you map it.

My grading scale isn't the same as the school next door. Does that matter?

No. Each school configures its own scale, its own CA/exam split, its own pass mark, its own position rules. Nothing is shared between schools. If your school uses "Credit" and theirs uses "Pass" for the same range, both work.

Is our data safe here? Can another school see our students?

Never. Each school is on its own address and its own section of the database. Published results are locked against changes. We take nightly backups. Any time you want all your data out, we export the whole thing for you — no questions asked.

So what's the real cost at the end of the day?

For the school, ₦0. For a parent, ₦500 to view a term result (paid once, kept forever). You can add your own school fee on top of that — that part lands in your account. If you'd rather parents pay nothing at all, we do bulk arrangements where the school absorbs it.

The free CBT and finance apps — what's the catch?

None. Any school running results on AREVIA RESULT gets both apps free. We install them on your computers, we show your team how to use them. The CBT exports straight into AREVIA RESULT when exams are done. The finance app is yours to use every day for bills, receipts, debtors and reports.
